Injury :/

    I hurt my achilles tendon this week at practice. It hurts to do really anything that involves moving my achilles. So basically it is causing me constant pain. The worst part about it is I have to take a week off from soccer. I regret continuing to play on it when it first started to hurt. I just wanted to prove that I deserve to be on the team, but I played even worse because of the pain in my achilles. A positive I can take away from this week off is that I can spend sometime working on my self confidence and mental health.
