Update on the Injury

     I finally came back to practice this week. My achilles still hurts occasionally but nothing compared to how it originally felt. I spent my week off doing exercises with the trainer to strengthen it and working on my mental health. Before my injury I felt like I had lost all my confidence on the field and it was really showing. I couldn't do the one thing my position is supposed to do, score. During my week off I worked on building up my confidence and when I came back I played a lot better then before. Hopefully I can keep up this energy.
